This policy explains what information Seven-10 Pharmaceuticals Ltd. (“Seven-10”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use seven-10.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep this deliberately short. If anything is unclear, contact us through the Contact page.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit an enquiry or request partner access, we receive the details you enter, typically your name, company, email address, telephone number and message. We use this information to respond to you and, where appropriate, to set up a partner account.
Partner Portal accounts. Partner Portal accounts are created by Seven-10 for partners and, where required, for regulatory reviewers. We hold the account holder’s name, email address and organisation, and we record when accounts sign in and which partner pages and files they access. These records support the integrity of the portal and our regulatory obligations.
Technical information. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP addresses, browser type, pages requested and the time of each request. We use these logs to keep the site secure and running.
Cookies
We use two kinds of cookies. Essential cookies are required for the site to work: they keep partners signed in to the Partner Portal, protect forms against abuse, and remember the cookie choice you make on this site. They are set regardless of your choice because the site cannot operate without them.
Optional analytics cookies are set only if you choose “Accept all”. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used and HubSpot to connect enquiries with our customer records. If you choose “Essential only”, these tools are not loaded. Your choice is stored for one year and you can change it at any time by clearing this site’s cookies in your browser.
How we use information
We use the information described above to answer enquiries, to operate the Partner Portal, to keep the site secure, to understand how it is used, and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us run the site and our business, including our hosting provider, HubSpot (customer relationship management and forms), Google (analytics, where you have accepted analytics cookies) and our email provider. Each acts on our instructions. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to a regulator reviewing products manufactured by Seven-10.
International transfers
Seven-10 operates in more than one country and our service providers may store information outside the country in which you live. Where we transfer information internationally we take reasonable steps to protect it in line with applicable law.
Retention
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any resulting relationship. Partner Portal account and access records are kept for the life of the partnership and for the period afterwards required by our quality system and applicable regulation. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to complain to a data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the Contact page and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be noted on this page.
