Our CBD, THC, CBN, CBG, and THCV tinctures are currently being exported to patients in Brazil through the country’s ANVISA-authorized patient import pathway. Brazil is one of the world’s most important legal markets for prescription cannabinoid products, and Seven-10 is positioned to serve that market through licensed manufacturing, regulated custody, quality-controlled products, and direct-to-patient export capability.

Seven-10 has also successfully exported pharmaceutical-grade D9-THC from Jamaica to DEA-licensed companies in the United States under DEA import permits for drug-development purposes. That operating history gives us a rare foundation for supporting U.S. partners developing THC-based APIs, finished drug formulations, and other regulated botanical medicines.

As U.S. cannabis regulation continues to evolve, including the movement toward Schedule III treatment for certain medical cannabis products and future drug-development pathways, Seven-10 is prepared to support compliant pharmaceutical access through DEA-recognized licensing, near-shore manufacturing, and duty-free trade advantages under the Caribbean Basin Initiative.

Beyond cannabinoids, Seven-10 is preparing to support the export of ibogaine API from Jamaica for pharmaceutical use in the United States, including drug-development and clinical-research programs exploring ibogaine’s potential in addiction, trauma, and other serious mental-health conditions.
