As a licensed pharmaceutical manufacturer, we have successfully exported pharmaceutical-grade THC from Jamaica to DEA-licensed companies in the United States under DEA import permits. Together with our U.S. partners developing THC-based APIs and finished drug formulations, we remain optimistic that the United States will soon reschedule cannabis from Schedule I to Schedule III—opening the door for physicians to prescribe regulated, evidence-based medicines to treat pain, cancer, nausea, appetite loss, PTSD, and other serious conditions.

Building on that foundation, we also expect to export ibogaine API from Jamaica for pharmaceutical use in the United States, supporting ongoing drug-development and clinical-research programs in Texas and other states exploring ibogaine’s therapeutic potential for addiction and mental-health disorders.

As soon as U.S. laws and regulations evolve, we’re ready—with DEA-recognized licenses, near-shore access and duty-free trade under the Caribbean Basin Initiative (CBI). Meanwhile we are continuing to focus on Brazil, the world’s largest legal market for pharmaceutical cannabinoids by population, and other progressive legal markets across the Caribbean, and ultimately also Australia, the U.K., E.U. member nations, and beyond.
