Scott relocated from the US to Jamaica full time to lead the development of Seven-10 Pharmaceuticals. He is a serial entrepreneur and former Ogilvy, BBDO and J. Walter Thompson ad exec on large, multinational CPG brand accounts such as Nestle, Gillette and Kimberly-Clark. A cannabis testing pioneer at Steep Hill Labs, Scott has also served as an executive strategist to cannabis businesses in multiple US States, Canada, and Mexico, and he has served as a pro bono legislative and regulatory advisor to COFEPRIS (the Mexican Government\u2019s health regulator) and the Minister of Justice of Jamaica. In addition to managing the Gillette account in the US, Canada and 17 European markets for advertising agency BBDO in NYC, as the new products team lead Scott drafted the global strategic platform that Gillette followed to launch the replacement for the Sensor franchise, leading to the most successful razor launch in history, the Gillette Mach3.

Donald Land, Ph.D.<\/h3>

Dr. Land is a tenured professor at U.C. Davis and one of the world\u2019s leading scientists in the field of cannabis and cannabis-derived products. Dr. Land oversees isolation and purification research and product chemical testing. He received his doctorate in chemistry from UC Irvine in 1989, pursued an Alexander von Humboldt Fellowship in 1990 at the Research Center, Juelich, Germany, and was hired as a professor of chemistry at UC Davis in 1991 where he applied mass spectrometry and electron and optical spectroscopies to interfacial systems. He is also a member of the forensic science and the biotechnology graduate groups at UCD, serves on the Steering Committee for the UCD Cannabis and Hemp Research Center, and also serves as an expert witness in civil and criminal matters. In 2010, he co-founded Halent Laboratories (Sacramento), an early cannabis testing lab which merged with Steep Hill Labs (Berkeley) in 2013. In 2020, Dr. Land was voted the #1 \"Analytical Guru\" in The Cannabis Scientist's 2020 Power List and was ranked among the top 5 \"Analytical Heroes\" in The Cannabis Scientist's 2021 Power List.
